Adam Walton is an American poker player from Seattle, Washington. Walton has a long list of cashes going back to 2009, when he came 33rd in a $500 tournament in Las Vegas.
Since then he has accrued several wins in smaller tournaments and 19 cashes at the World Series of Poker, including 42nd place in the 2021 WSOP Main Event (where he won $163,900). In total, he has more than $989,037 in live tournament earnings.
At the 2023 WSOP, Walton cashed twice in preliminary events — Event #39: $1,500 No Limit Hold’em-Monster Stack (358th-$5,296) and Event #59: $3,000 No Limit Hold’em-Freezeout (107th-$6,499). Walton followed this up with another deep Main Event run, becoming the second chip lead by the end of Day 7, with just fifteen players left.
His good play and good fortune carried him to the end of Day 9 when he bagged the smallest stack of the final three players.
